Company information

Diamondcz is a uk company started in 2004 with the aim to keep in stock and supply jewellers, hobby jewellers and artists with the gemstones they need for their projects. We want to try and stock as many cuts and sizes as possible so that eventually any gem can be bought localy and arrive with the customer as soon as possible.

Terms & Conditions

Return Policy
This return policy does not apply to custom made gemstone orders and does not apply to businesses.
You can cancel your order for any reason and recieve a refund of the items you purchased within 14 days of recieving your order.
This refund will include the cheapest postage method, but does not include the extra cost of expedited postage such as courier.
After an agreement has been made to accept your return you must return the stones as soon as possible.
You are responsible for returning the order and paying for the return postage.
If the return has not been received after 30 days from when the order was canclled then no refund will be given
You must contact me to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving it. After this date returns will not be accepted.
You must return all of the gemstones in the condition that they were sent in and with adequate protection such as tissue to stop them crashing into each other.
Gems must be returned in the bags they were packed in. For example if lots of 1mm and 1.1mm gems were sent to you seperately and they are returned mixed together, they will not be refunded.


If you are returning goods from outside the European Union you will need to fill out a customs form. When filling out the form, please write customer return, cubic zirconia gemstone and put the value as 0, also make sure the right box is ticked. If you do not do this then we will have to pay import tax to recive the parcel and also a clearance fee. Any amount that we have to pay to recieve a parcel will be deducted from the refund, or the parcel may be refused if the charge exceeds the value of the goods.

Faulty goods
Each order is checked for damaged gems and photographed before it is sent
If your goods are faulty, you can return them for a replacement or full refund and a refund of your return postage. Please contact us before returning anything, as a photo of the damage may be all that's necessary, also the photos can be checked this end.
Gem stones are sometimes chipped during setting, if a gemstone has obviously been chipped during setting and does not match the photo that was taken before packing then it will not be refunded.

Refusal of delivery or goods not collected

Diamondcz is a uk company and orders are always shipped from the UK, most people outside of the UK will have to pay import tax when their order is delivered. It is the customers responsibility to pay any import duty. When the customer is a business and does not receive the goods because they refused to pay import tax, refused delivery of the order, or did not collect the order and the tracking shows that the order is avaibable for collection, the order will not be refunded unless it has been agreed beforehand.

Privacy Policy
The information collected from you if you buy from us is: your name and address to send goods to and your email address to notify you of your order. Your email address may be occasionally used to notify you when new gems are in stock which you can opt out of. Your personal information is only used by Diamondcz and is not sold or passed on. Your credit card details are delt with by romancart and payment is passed on to us, we do not store or even see your credit card details.
